Abstract
Being the part of 21st century, where the world is just a single click away because of websites, however, surfing website usability is the main concern. In a digital world, websites have their own influence in different occupations. Distance, formal and in-formal educational institutions have taken initiative in this regard by introducing their new learning mechanism in the form of educational websites and learning management systems. Authors have altered the way of learning. Basic purpose of this research work is to resolve the issues of accessibility, usability, and learn-ability while visiting websites. Human Computer Interaction has been playing its role in this regard by facilitating the user without any discrimination. Different usability, accessibility, and learn ability evaluation methods have already been developed, all with their own strengths and limitations. This research work anticipates by analyzing weaknesses in already developed methods and proposes a new technique with extended competencies. Online learning management system, of different educational institutions will be used as case studies in research work. Feedback and surveys will be filled by the users for validation of research work. An automatic website testing tool will be developed during the thesis to evaluate websites to prove that proposed approach is better than previous approaches.
