In this dissertation, a multivariate generalization of the criterion used for testing individual bioequivalence is proposed. Although various approaches have been reported in the literature for multivariate equivalence, the majority of these contemplate simultaneous comparisons of only means in each dimension for multivariate equivalence region. Unlike previous approaches, our proposed criterion combines not only the comparison of means and variances but also the within-subject correlations into a single aggregate criterion. In fact, in this research two multivariate criteria for testing of individual bioequivalence have been developed. The first criterion is based on traces of variance-covariance matrices of test and reference formulation hence ignores the correlation among pharmacokinetic parameters. Hence, for this criterion, the consideration of extension from univariate to multivariate could be questionable. Therefore, another criterion has been developed which is unlike the previous one and it involves the correlation among pharmacokinetic parameters. Finally, thesecond criterion is proposed as a multivariate generalization for testing of individual bioequivalence which is an actual multivariate extension of univariate individual bioequivalence approved by Food and Drug Administration. The proposed method is also illustrated by testing individual bioequivalence on Food and Drug Administration dataset. The exact distribution of proposed criterion is hard to drive, therefore, the bootstrap method as recommended by Food and Drug Administration is proposed. The performance of proposed multivariate individual bioequivalence criterion has been evaluated through a simulation study. The size and power of testing for individual bioequivalence using proposed multivariate criterion are determined by varying mean differences, within-subject variances, sample sizes as well as within-subject correlations between pharmacokinetic parameters.

c. Indeed, Allah Manifests Sovereignty over all existence.

35:02
a. Whatever mercy and good fortune Allah may open up for a people, no one can or is able to hold it back, and
b. whatever of these HE may hold back, there is not one, who can or is able to give it after HIM deciding not to give,
c. for HE is The Almighty, The Wise.

35:03
a. O The People of the World!
b. Remember Allah’s blessings and favors upon you -
c. Is there any creator, other than Allah, who can provide for you sources of sustenance from the sky and the earth?
d. No. There can never be one!
e. There is no entity of worship –and can never be - apart from HIM.
f. How, then, can you be so self-deceiving?

35:04

Allama Sahabbir Ahmed Uthmani’s Efforts for Islamization in Pakistan

Allama Shabbir Ahmed Uthmani was one of the prominent religious personalities who made efforts for islamization in Pakistan. So far as the major slogan in 1946 elections were to have a separate homeland of the Muslims where they may be able to live according to the Islamic values. It means Islam was the real power behind the struggle for Pakistan in 1947. After the making of Pakistan a religious scholar Allama Shabbir Ahmed Uthmani presented his services for isalmization in Pakistan as in this respect he had a unique role for the enforcement of Islamic system in Pakistan. Maulana Shabbir Ahmed Uthmani wants to see the constitution of Pakistan to be the leading document towards religious state. In this respect Allama Shabbir Ahmed Uthmani made critical efforts for designing the constitution of Pakistan which was finally approved by the Constitutional Assembly of Pakistan.

Exlporing the Contributions of School Management Committee in One of the Learning Resource Schools in Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan, While Implementing Educational Development and Improvement Program

Education is a social enterprise which depends on efforts and contributions from different stakeholders, especially the efforts and contributions from the School Management Committees (SMCs) at the school level. SMCs play a vital role not only in the effectiveness of school administration but also to improve the quality of education. I explored the contributions of SMC in one of the Learning Resource Schools (LRS) during the implementation of a project titled Educational Development and Improvement Program (EDIP). The study took place in Gilgit Baltistan (GB). Keeping the nature of the study in view, I opted for a qualitative case study methodology to explore in detail the contributions of SMC in the overall development and improvement of the school through in-depth interviews and document analysis. These data sources allowed me to develop a detailed description of the SMC's contribution in improving the quality of education, infrastructure, and also the challenges they faced and the strategies they employed to overcome those challenges. The study contributes to the knowledge by providing different stakeholders' perspectives and voices on the contributions of SMC in the school in a remote area of GB. The key findings of the study suggest that SMC played a key role in enhancing the enrolment of students, overcoming the absenteeism of students, improving the academic performance of the students, improving the infrastructure, overcoming the issues of teachers' transfers and last but not the least, acted as a bridge between school and community. Financial constraints, less educated parents, and communication gap between school and communities of adjacent villages were some of the challenges faced by SMC. Lastly, I would like to say that if SMCs are empowered in their roles and responsibilities, if they are involved in the decision making processes, and if they are given ownership, they can bring substantial changes in the school with the collaboration of other stakeholders.
