Entanglement, highlights all the counter-intuitive trait of the theory now employed for quantum information processing (QIP) tasks. However, entangled states are inherently fragile, prone to decoherence and decays through environmental interactions. Therefore the protection and preservation of entanglement becomes stringently important. The thesis describes the theoretical framework for the generation of various entangled states, their characterization and protection methodology involving both the discrete and continuous variables. First two proposals deal with engineering and protection of entanglement between quantum dots (QDs) placed in the vicinity of a nanoring having a surface plasmon (SP). Interaction of SP emanating from nanoring generates entanglement among the QDs and the counter propagating modes of SP. We also generalize it for multipartite case. QD interaction with SP is also utilized for protection of entanglement among QDs. The system with proven experimental feasibility open up a new vista for a sustainable entangled networks. Another way of protecting entanglement is to engineer environment. Here we consider an open system to be part of larger system-bath combination which is closed to the outside that is switching the system environment coupling from Markovian to non-Markovian. We investigate the dynamics and decoherence of entanglement in a system consisting of two atomic qubits trapped in two separate cavities containing structured reservoir in non-Markovian domain. Entanglement is quantified for various initial entangled states showing delay of sudden death of entanglement. For continuous variable regime, quantum beat laser (QBL) is considered. In order to preserve entanglement and to minimize entanglement degradation, structured environment is introduced by placing the system''s doubly resonant cavity into two mirrors forming another large leaky cavity. Here, the entanglement is plotted verses time for various values of driving field strength, purity and thermal noise. The results demonstrate that the employed preserving schematic not only enhances the entanglement among two modes of the lasers but it preserve the entanglement for longer time than in Markovian approximation for its efficient applications in quantum information processing tasks.

شاہ ولی اللہ رحمہ اللہ کا نظریہ تشکیل اخلاقیات

This research article consist unique study regarding constitution of Human being character building in the thoughts of eminent philosopher Shah Wali Ullah (1703-1764). In present critique the focus has been made to explore how individual characters build in the specific environments? How surrounding effects on the character building? Moreover linkage of Islamic ‘IB└DA and its positive impact on the Muslim society has been explored. In interpretation of Shah Wali Ullah, All ‘IB└DA are like tools which lead to generate four basic ethics i.e purity and transparency capitulation, gainful and abstinence. These are the basic moral code which are the ultimate result of the four kind of ‘IB└DA i.e prayer, fasting, zakat and hajj. Muslim has inestimable inner power in the form of six lat┐’ef )اطلفئ, )which ultimately resulted upon the change of behavior. Character building are etiquettes, noble practices, decentness and good morality. It is generally refers to a code of conduct, that an individual group or society hold as authoritative in distinguishing right from wrong. Ethics are phenomenon values and can develop up to reasonable universal standards. Conduct in Islam governs all aspects of life and specifically addresses such principles as truthfulness, honesty, trust, sincerity, brotherhood and justice, while Islam forbid false, conspiracy, dodge, rude, irascibility, corruption. To materialize the virtues and disgrace the fake a role model prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) were deputed from Allah to guide the human being. So In present article character building in the theory of Shah Wali Ullah especially while in other Muslims scholars in general has diagnosed.

Computational Analysis of Functional Single Nucleotide Polymorphism Associated With Bcl2 Gene

Most persistent genomic variations are marked as single nucleotide polymorphisms called SNPs, and these are strongly linked to certain disease. Some of these SNPs are known as missense SNPs (nsSNPs) which are residing in the translation region of gene causing an effect on the amino acid composition. Resultantly, these have a deep effect on protein structural and functional aspects. In human the SNPs are very crucial type of variations which are very common and engage in a vital role in the human genetics pheno-type variations. These SNPs are the genetic basis of complex diseases in human. In human, the role of certain gene like B Cell Lymphoma 2 (BCL2) has got special attention because it?s over expression is resulting in certain type of lymphocytes cancer, because this gene encodes the outer mitochondrial membrane and blocks the apoptotic cell death in lymphocytes, resulting the formation of follicular lymphoma a type of cancer. In this research the role of Functional SNPs is studied by applying different computational methods to narrow down the mis-sense impact of deleterious SNPs. In This study 137 nsSNPs in BCL2 gene were investigated through computational techniques like SIFT, Polyphen2, I-Mutant 2.0 along with ConSurf web server and different nsSNPS were having common results studied for potential impact on the functioning and structural variations of BCL2 protein. Furthermore, Micro Dynamics Simulation analysis of the structure lead to the confirmation of effect of nsSNPs on the consistency and secondary property of BCL2 Protein. The tools like UTRScan (UTRdb), MirSNP, PolymiRTS and miRNASNP predicted to show the pattern changes in UTR-SNP. The recording of missense SNPs is very much beneficial for reduction of the mutations in BCL2 gene in genetic association studies to understand the function and structure related aspects of BCL2 Protein.
