The study focuses on the critical aspect of management, named organizational effectiveness which is prevailing in the existing competitive market of the world. In contemporary age, the compulsion of fair management is ever increasing. It is an obligation for the organizations to provide trust worthy environment to its employees as in return employees will also be loyal to their organizations and will help in enhancing organizational effectiveness. The main aim of this thesis is to study the relationship of organizational justice and organizational effectiveness, analyzing the mediating role of organizational trust and job embeddedness. Portrayal of Adam’s Equity theory, social exchange theory and the Cameron’s model helps to explain the concepts of organizational justice, job embeddedness and organizational trust. To addresses the issues data was collected from telecom sector of Pakistan, after distribution of questionnaire 460 respondents gave their feedback by filling out questionnaire, data was analyzed using correlation and regression analysis. The findings of the study confirmed that organizational justice has a significant and positive impact on organizational effectiveness and also the effect of the moderating variables; organizational trust and job embeddedness was also confirmed. The results of this study will not only benefits academicians but also to the managers of the organizations. By executing justice and trust atmosphere in the organization, will lead to the employee embeddedness towards his work which will ultimately enhance the effectiveness of the organization. Forthcoming research can be carried out by taking turnover intention as an outcome in addition to the organizational effectiveness, also it can be tested cross-nationally in order to increase the generalizability of the research and it can also be replicated in other services sectors around the globe. viii Furthermore future research may also be carried out by making the comparative analysis of different sectors at different timelines. شیخ الحدیث مولانا ابوالحسن عبیداﷲ رحمانی ۵؍ جنوری کو رحلت فرماگئے، اناﷲ وانا الیہ راجعون۔ ان کے نام سے میں بچپن ہی میں آشنا ہوگیا تھا، میرے والد مسلکاً اہل حدیث ہیں، وہ جریدۂ اہل حدیث (امرتسر) اور رسالہ محدث اور اس مسلک کے بعض دوسرے رسالوں کے خریدار تھے، محدث مولانا نذیر احمد رحمانیؒ کی ادارت میں دارالحدیث رحمانیہ دہلی سے شایع ہوتا تھا، اس میں فتاویٰ اور مضامین مولانا عبید اﷲ رحمانی کے بھی برابر چھپتے تھے، میں ۱۹۴۷؁ء میں پرائمری درجات میں پڑھتا تھا، اس وقت ’’محدث‘‘ میری سمجھ میں کیا آتا؟ تاہم اسے پڑھنے کی کوشش ضرور کرتا، ایک روز والد صاحب نے اسے الٹتے پلٹتے دیکھا تو فرمایا کہ ’’میں تمھیں اسی مدرسہ میں پڑھنے کے لیے بھیجوں گا جہاں سے ’’محدث‘‘ شایع ہوتا ہے‘‘۔ مگر افسوس

The use of similes, metaphors, proverbs and idioms is given its due prestige in the annals of literature. To mention their use in the Islamic literature especially in the sayings of our Holy Prophet (PBUH) renders an ease and comfort in order to elaborate upon the Islamic teachings. It not only enhances interest but renders an inexplicable charm to explicate Islamic teachings so as to make them easy to comprehend. The use of figurative language enhances the rhythmic flow and charm of language and thus brings in a huge impact on literature. It is in this way that the proselytization task be done in an easy effective manner.

Modeling and Simulations of Meta-Material Based Microwave Devices

Dual layer periodically patterned metamaterial inspired antennas on a low cost FR4 substrate are designed and simulated. Some of the designed antennas are also fabricated and tested. Eigen mode dispersion simulations are performed indicating the left handed metamaterial characteristics and are tunable with substrate permittivity. We present the design and simulations of dispersion engineered single unit cell resonant metamaterial (MTM) antenna with proximity feed. The antenna is also investigated with top metascreens made of the same MTM unit cell. The use of metascreens give enhanced antenna performance. A multiband operation with wideband characteristics can be enabled by using proximity type of input feeding. We further simulate, fabricate and test MTM antennas by extending the unit cells along the non-resonant length of the antenna and use a direct type of input feed instead of proximity feed. Again metascreen is applied below the proposed MTM antenna and next used as superstrate above a simple patch to study the effects on bandwidth, gain, efficiency and radiation patterns. The experimental results of these antennas are very good and closely match with the simulations. The radiation patterns are also very good and could be useful in the UWB wireless applications.Next, we present modeling and simulations of an absolute magnifying device in a geometrical sense at microwave frequencies. The device is designed and simulated based on a graded positive refractive index, non-resonant, weakly dispersive region of the I-shaped metamaterial structure at 10 GHz. The structure is simple and easy to fabricate. Its geometrical parameters are varied along with different dielectric powders as a background material, which provide a wide spectrum of graded refractive indices needed for proper device functionality. The complete 30 layer device is first simulated based on I-shape refractive index and then it is simulated with I-shape structure itself inserted into a significant portion of the device. The results show the bending and magnification process reasonably. It demonstrates an Eaton lens like functionality with twice magnification factor.
