The basic purpose of this study is to seek the empirical evidence of relationships between Self Efficacy, Co Worker Support, Supervisor Support Work Engagement and Career Success.It aims to hypothesize a mediating model, implying that Self Efficacy, Co Worker Support, Supervisor Support enhance the mediating effect of Work Engagement, thereby facilitating Career Success. Data were collected from 336 respondents of banking industries by using self-administrated questionnaires. Data were analysed by using various statistical techniques like construct validity and normality in order to explore the nature of relationship among variables. Hypotheses were tested using mediation analysis with structural equation modelling. The research findings have provided support to the role of Self Efficacy, Co-Worker Support and Supervisor Support makes employees feel happy when engaged in Work activities voluntarily, so employees become more satisfied with their jobs and it increase the capability of firm for innovativeness. Results indicate that Work Engagement mediates the relationship between Self Efficacy, Co-Worker Support, Supervisor Support and Career Success. Cross-sectional data were collected from Southern Punjab, Pakistan. It would be highly valuable to consider replicating this study in different settings using longitudinal designs. The study carries both academic and managerial implications, future direction and recommendations that can provide base for future studies.

تذکرہ نگاری کا مفہوم
تذکرہ نگاری اُردو شاعری کی روایت کے فروغ کا ایک اہم سنگِ میل رہی ہے۔ اس صنف نے اُردو شاعری کے ساتھ نعتیہ ادب کو بھی احسن طریقے سے محفوظ کرنے کا بیڑا اُٹھایا ہے۔ نعتیہ تذکرہ نگاری میں ڈاکٹر شہزاد احمد کا نام درجۂ استناد رکھتا ہے۔ اس سے قبل ضروری ہے کہ تذکرہ نگاری کے لغوی واصطلاحی معانی مرتب کرلیے جائیں۔وارث سرہندی کے مطابق تذکرہ کے معنی ہیں:’’یاد کرنا ، ذکرکر نا، یادگار‘‘( ۱)
سید احمد دہلوی نے فرہنگِ آصفیہ میں تذکرے کے جو معنی بیان کیے ہیں ، وہ بھی ملاحظہ ہوں:
’’یاد داشت ،بیان، یادگار اور سرگزشت‘‘۔( ۲)
پروفیسر ڈاکٹر فرمان فتح پوری ’’تذکرے کو بیاض کی ترقی یافتہ شکل قرار دیتے ہیں۔انھوں نے اپنے مقالے ’’ اردو شعرا کے تذکرے اور تذکرہ نگاری‘‘ میں تذکرہ نگاری کے مفہوم کو واضح انداز میں پیش کیاہے۔ وہ لکھتے ہیں:
’’تذکرہ بیاض سے آگے بڑھ کر نیم تاریخی، نیم تنقیدی اور نیم سوانحی فضا میں داخل ہو گیا۔ وقت اور ماحول کے تقاضوں کے تحت تذکرہ پر ادبی تاریخ ، تنقید اور سوانح نگاری کا رنگ گہرا ہوتاگیا اور رفتہ رفتہ تینوں رنگوں کا یہی آمیزہ جسے حقیقی معنوں میں نہ ادبی تاریخ کا نام دے سکتے ہیں، نہ تنقید کہہ سکتے ہیں اور نہ سوانح نگاری سے تعبیر کر سکتے ہیں، فن قرار پایا اور شعرا کے مختصر حالات ، کلام پر سرسری تبصرہ اور انتخاب اشعار کو اس فن کے عناصر ترکیبی میں شمار کیا گیا۔‘‘(۳)

علامہ اسید الحق قادری بدایونی کی کتاب ”قرآن کی سائنسی تفسیر“: ایک مطالعہ

Allama Usaid-ul-Haq Badayuni (1975-2014) was a great Islamic thinker, researcher and religious scholar. He wrote 14 Islamic books were on academic and research works. 17 books were arranged and prefaced by him. 12 books were translated and reviewed by him. 22 books were completed under his supervision. The book “Quran ki Saainsi Tafseer” (Scientific exegesis of Quran) authored by Allama Usaid-ul-Haq Qadri Badayuni is an educational, scholarly and critically acclaimed masterpiece. A comprehensive explanation and meaning of scientific exegesis are given at the beginning of this book. After that, the opinions of the modem and contemporary scholars regarding the justification and non-justification of the scientific interpretation are presented lucidly. The differences between the Quran and Science and several misinterpretations of the scientific exegesis have also been recorded. The conditions set by Islamic scholars and researchers regarding the justification of scientific exegesis have been explained in the book. This book of Allama Badayuni is a wonderful addition to the chapter of scientific exegesis in terms of research and critics. And this book will be remembered as an academic reference in the history of Indo-Pak. KEYWORDS

Optimal Flexible Antenna Designs for Future Wban

Health and long term care is growing exponentially in wearable biomedical systems. Wearable and flexible diagnostic systems can contribute towards the timely care of patients suffering with chronic health conditions, particularly chronic neurological disorders and cardiovascular diseases. Thousands of lives can be save by using diagnostics and therapeutic techniques. Existing ambulatory system is not able to perform continuous remote monitoring of patients. From the literature review, it is stated that flexible wearable electronic systems have gained intense attention in the last two decades. Wearable antennas have an enormous potential in future healthcare and children applications. The performance such as durability, flexibility, compactness and configurability of flexible antenna is much better than other devices. Due to these reasons the performance process of flexible wearable antenna should be evaluated. The power consumption demand is really dependent on the peculiar application of wearable antennas. However, WBAN devices are mostly battery powered and the battery life time is required to be up to several years. This dissertation shows the designs of flexible and wearable antenna used for biomedical applications in the near vicinity of the human torso. Primarily, a planar flexible antenna is designed on a flannel substrate with the permittivity of 1.45, 2mm thickness and loss tangent of 0.044. The antenna consists of shield conductive textile with a four-sided slot and a compact ground plane to improve the impedance matching characteristics which provides wider bandwidth. The proposed antenna is designed with a flimsy and flexible textile substrate with a measured reflection coefficient below -10dB. Antenna parameters such as radiation pattern, bandwidth, gain and radiation pattern are evaluated by using measurements and simulations. The projected design has low power consumptions due to the accomplishment of gain results that was less than 5dB in the frequency between 3GHz and 15GHz. Additionally, this work explores the possibilities of using natural rubber in the conception of a simple microstrip patch antenna. The antenna is designed to work in the UWB spectrum, and the properties of substrate such as thickness, metal width and permittivity are measured. From the results it is concluded that the return loss of the antenna is significantly amended due to the decrease in the substrate thickness and permittivity. In disparity, decreasing the metal thickness will increase the return loss. It is observed, that thicker substrate will yield higher directivity, and lower value of relative permittivity will result in lower directivity. ix Finally, the proposed flexible antennas are validated to meet the requirements for wearable devices, such as being flexible, compact and mechanically robust. Therefore, the influence of bending and wet conditions is also investigated. The simulated and measured results show that the proposed models give satisfactory results under bending and wet environments.
